Description/Usage:

PerkinElmer »Spectrum 400 Series« spectrometer measures IR spectra in mid IR range (4000-650 cm-1) and far IR range (700-300 cm-1) in transmission (KBr tablets) and attenuated total reflection (ATR).
Additional accessories:
• diamond ATR with diamond crystal measure spectra between 80-200 °C
• diffuse reflectance accessory (DRIFT) simplifies analysis of powders and difficult solid materials (KBR suspension and abrasion techniques)
