Proposals submitted under this call shall pursue the general and specific objectives set out in the work programme. The general objective is to support actions contributing to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, in line with the Europe 2020 strategy, as well as enabling the Union to achieve its sustainable development targets through the creation of synergies between the transport and energy sectors, in line with the infrastructure components and requirements as set out in the TEN-T Guidelines (including all maps)3 and TEN-E Guidelines . |
POGOJI SODELOVANJA
Pursuant to Article 9 of the CEF Regulation, only those proposals submitted by one of the following types of applicants are eligible: • One or more Member States; • With the agreement of the Member States concerned, international organisations, joint undertakings, or public or private undertakings or bodies established in Member States. Proposals may be submitted by entities which do not have legal personality under the applicable national law, provided that their representatives have the capacity to assume legal obligations on their behalf and offer a guarantee for the protection of the Union’s financial interests equivalent to that offered by legal persons.
