Title: |
Procedure for Inactivating Virus in Water |
Description: |
The invention relates to methods for destroying viruses in liquids with high surface tension, especially in water. Bubbles are forcibly formed in the infected water, and the temperature of the gas inside the bubbles rises sufficiently to ensure rapid evaporation of the water, resulting in a high concentration of water vapor in the said bubbles. The high temperature and/or micro-discharges cause significant dissociation of water molecules within the bubbles into OH radicals. Viruses adhere to the surface of the mentioned bubbles, where they come into contact with the OH radicals and are consequently oxidized into non-harmful molecules. |
