According to the invention the nano particles (11) are segregated in the area of topological defects (13) created by colloid parts (12) integrated in the liquid crystal layer (14). The nano particles (11) are localised in the vicinity of topological defects (13) which are either localised or delocalised where the size of the nano particles (11) is smaller from the size of colloid particles (12) preferably in the size of the topological defect (13).
